My 12-week Love of Leadership programme is delivered through  coaching sessions, webinars and tools to inspire and support. I want you to (re)discover your love of leadership by digging deep into yourself and by creating powerful relationships.

Resilient Leadership Training

This 3-month powerful and transformative programme can be used effectively with both individuals and teams. 


C-Me Colour Profiling is a behavioural profiling tool that helps individuals understand their own psychological preferences and how those preferences drive aspects of their behaviour. They can then use this knowledge to recognise and respond to similar and contrasting behaviours in others.


The Colours gives individuals a framework to describe themselves and to see the differences in others in a simple and memorable way. This information gives us choice; it allows us to see how we can adapt our own behaviours and also respond to others’ behaviour more effectively. Invaluable information when building and leading cohesive, harmonious and effective organisations.


I use C-Me with teams and organisations to promote effective working relationships, reduce workplace conflict and drive cohesion and collaboration.
