Why my experience can help you

I will bring my extensive leadership experience to our coaching sessions. I will be curious as I listen to your experiences, challenge your assumptions and facilitate moments of breakthrough and transformation. There will be moments of laughter, feelings that are uncomfortable but most of all opportunities for growth. 

I have twenty years of senior leadership experience in both the private and state education sector. I have led teams of various sizes, brought about aspirational, organisational change, managed periods of significant challenge and supported many others on their leadership journey.   I have held various leadership positions; my most recent post was Principal of one of London’s leading coeducational Pre-Preparatory Schools.

 

I am a trained coach, accredited Resilient Leaders Elements Consultant and a trained pastoral supervisor. I have an MA in Inclusive Education and have gained the NPQH qualification.



  • Working with Katie is a very personal, warm experience which has transformed the way I think about my leadership.  Although I was very open to the idea of coaching, it would also be true to say that I was afraid of coaching and what it might entail.
